I am a nice Jewish girl from Long Island who moved to Queens a few years ago. I now think of myself as a real New Yorker. I have been very career-focused for the last few years, and have been working as a Project Manager at a large bank for almost a year now. I live with my husband in Queens but work in Tribeca and am often in Manhattan or Brooklyn. I love brunch, eggs, mimosas, and great company! I am a total foodie. I am so excited to share some delicious brunch with new people! I also really value community and I think now more than ever Gals that Brunch is exactly what we need.

Hi all! I'm Syreeta (Reeta) from New York City. I am a travelpreneur , adventure seeker, photographer, dancer, jokester, giver and of course a foodie. I was the child that tuned into the Food Network after finishing up homework and used all of moms groceries recreating the dishes seen on television. Mom wasn't too happy. Lol!
In 2006, I graduated Cum Laude from John Jay College with a B.A. in Forensic Psychology. On March 2017, I made the decision to follow my heart and live life full time after 11yrs of working at one of New York's top Insurance Companies. I love connecting with fun, ambitious, like-minded women and doing it over GREAT food is the cherry on top :D. I am honored to be a part of the fabulousness that is GALS THAT BRUNCH and look forward to the new found friendships and foodships (I made that word up) we will form.
