I am a curious person who loves to explore new things in life. Being open to new places, flavours, people and their culture are some of the things that inspire me. Originally from Brazil, I now live in Amsterdam, which is such an incredible and diverse city with so much to offer. Honestly, I am just excited about the opportunity to discover new brunch spots, meet new people, and enjoy the simple pleasures of life.

Gals That Brunch is all about bringing women together to share stories, laughter, and create lasting friendships over good food. This October, we’re adding a little Amsterdam twist to our gathering with a fun (and delicious!) collaboration: Get Baked in Amsterdam.
This isn’t your ordinary brunch — we’ll be rolling up our sleeves, baking together, and learning a little more about Amsterdam’s unique culture along the way.
👩🍳 What You’ll Do
We’ll meet at a local dispensary partner, where as a group we’ll purchase the special ingredient. From there, we’ll walk together to our cozy workspace, where the real fun begins:
We will pair up and learn step-by-step how to make delicious brownies (9 pieces per pair) and gummies
Hear stories about Dutch history, culture, and customs — and Amsterdam’s extraordinary relationship with cannabis
Bake, laugh, and bond with an incredible community of women
💡 Not into the “special ingredient”? No problem! You’re very welcome to join and make regular brownies and gummies from scratch.
📝 Key Details
-Dietary Needs: Vegan and gluten-free options available (brownies only, min. 2 participants). Gummies contain gelatine.
-Essentials: Bring €5–10 cash extra p.p. for the dispensary. Please be on time.
-Accessibility: Carers for guests with disabilities are welcome at no extra charge.
