Hi there, I'm Beth!
I was born and raised in the heart of northern Minnesota and spent my college years in Bemidji & Grand Forks, where I snagged degrees in accounting and an MBA. I’ve collected memories and experiences from living in Milwaukee and the Twin Cities, but my compass led me back north to Moorhead in 2020 and I couldn't be happier to call it home now.
By day, I'm your friendly HR pro, and outside of that I transform into a healthy lifestyle coach for women. Beyond the 9-to-5 hustle, I wear the hats of a proud wife, a super mom to our boys, and reluctant uh, I mean dedicated dog mom to our aussiedoodle, Jagger.
When I'm not at the hockey rink or cheering at the lacrosse field for our boys, you'll find us enjoying lake, cabin life. Paddleboarding, water skiing, fishing, golfing, biking, hiking—you name it, we're all about it!
I'm a firm believer that the best memories are made over delicious meals or beverages (coffee, wine, seltzer or mezcal are my favs!). I've got a few favorite spots around town, but am on a quest to discover more hidden gems. Let's swap recommendations!
