I am a California girl turned Arizona explorer with a passion for bringing people together and creating memorable experiences. After building a career in the fitness industry leading teams, coaching communities, and helping people become the best version of themselves, I’ve continued to follow what lights me up most — connection, growth, and great energy.
I’m an avid lover of movement, wellness, the perfect aperol spritz, live music, and meaningful conversations with amazing people. Whether its hopping on a bike ride, traveling somewhere new, or finding the perfect spot for good food and great conversation, I’m always up for an adventure. When I’m not out exploring, you can usually find me spending time with my dogs, planning my next getaway, at a concert or creating memories with the people I love. I’m excited for the opportunity to discover new places, share experiences, and connect with great women (and people) along the way!
