Denise Kohlhaas
Hello all you wonderful souls! I'm Denise, German, and living in Oslo together with my partner since April 2022. Prior, I studied in vibrant Copenhagen and beautiful British Columbia and worked as a management consultant in Cologne. Wherever I am or travel, exploring the best brunch spot in town is a must - usually with an order of egg's benedict! :)
I am a lover of travel, interior design and fun conversations over good food with great company. I am passionate about yoga, mental health, a nutritious lifestyle and have a big heart for the four-pawned companions, dogs. Having lived in Canada and now in Norway, I also got excited about golf, sea kayaking, skiing and hiking in the mountains.
I am a People & Organization Programme Manager in a Norwegian e-grocery scale-up where I am further committed to help make our product and workplace more inclusive. Creating a sense of belonging has always been of importance to me. When I first found Gals That Brunch, I instantly got hooked by the mission that is exactly about this - belonging. I believe there should always be room for women at the table - from brunch to the boardroom. The best way to achieve this is by connecting and uplifting each other.
I am absolutely excited about the opportunity to bring Gals That Brunch to Oslo! Committed to creating a positive, authentic and empowering atmosphere where fun, ambitious and like-minded women can connect with each other and find a community in Oslo, I cannot wait to explore the greatest brunch spots in town together.
