We’re swapping our usual Sunday inland hike this month for a friendly Friday sunset stroll 🌅. Mainly because of crazy summer schedules, but also, doesn’t a little end of week unwind with the gals sound nice? 

The sun is expected to set at 8:01p — we love summer ❤️ Those who want to stick around can join in on a little sound bath meditation (Ashley got a cool new sound bath device, sorry to say she don’t play bowls YET) to close out the night during the magical ✨afterglow✨. 

Don’t worry GTB trail warriors, we’ll be back in July with some dirt and elevation, ready to sweat.
