GalsthatBrunch Amsterdam is teaming up with Breadwinner for a deliciously fun and hands on sourdough bagel workshop — the perfect way to kick off the weekend.

This workshop is a fun filled activity right before the weekend, so you’ll leave inspired, well fed, and fully stocked for amazing homemade weekend breakfasts.

Want to learn how to make the best bagels in town? Breadwinner will teach you everything from the science of fermentation to shaping, boiling, and baking perfect sourdough bagels. You’ll also take home Breadwinner’s very own sourdough starter, along with easy instructions on how to keep it alive and thriving.

Once the baking is done, we’ll sit down together and enjoy freshly baked sourdough bagels, generously stuffed with Breadwinner’s best fillings — because no baking session should end without brunch.
