Bring your water and hiking shoes, the girls are hitting the trail! Gals who “hike” (quotes intentional) is for those wanting more than a sidewalk walk, but not trying to pass out on a double digit backcountry adventure. Your host, Ashley, has been scarred one too many times by AllTrails and Colorado hikes :) We’ll take in views and steps, but keep it moderate. This is about disconnecting from stressors and life, and reconnecting with yourself and nature. Hikes will target 3-5 miles!

Our first destination is Annie’s Canyon where we’ll loop the trail and venture into the slot canyon rock formation. It’s estimated to be <2.5 miles and take just over an hour. Note that slot canyons are tight and may not be good for anyone claustrophobic. In addition to this tight part, there will be steep parts! Check out the elevation gain below. We’ll catch our breath, it’s all manageable :)
