The Bite: Lox + Cream Cheese Scramble Recipe

You what today is, don’t you? We still haven’t locked down the right title (which is fine, we can switch it up), but it’s Food-Love Friday!

So here’s the scoop, if you missed last week’s blog post, on Friday’s, we’re going to be sharing some mouth-watering content that could be recipes, featured entrees from amazing restaurants, etc. you get the idea. We know you love food, and you know we love food, so let’s celebrate all of the delicious flavors that we are lucky enough to be able to savor.

With that said, obviously most of the foods are going to be breakfast/brunch related though we’re not opposed to enjoy any of these foods at any time throughout the day. We are major supporters of some good B for D (B for D = breakfast for dinner, if you don’t know, now you know). So let’s get it started, shall we?

You know those mornings when you’re craving something super fantastic, delicious, and a little luxurious but you’re already running late? Well, I would hope that you’ve got 15 minutes and the ingredients (the lox might be a maybe) to toss this little baby together. With protein, rich cream cheese, and my all-time favorite bagel topping - Everything - this recipe a quick and easy way to get that luxurious breakfast you’re craving for just in time for you to run out the door (or log on to your computer, because you know, working from home is a big thing these days).
